How It Works

How skins are delivered on Gameskinhub

Gameskinhub delivers skins via an official Steam trade offer sent to you by our automated trading bot. Nothing is downloaded to your PC, and you do not receive a “code” — the items arrive directly in your Steam inventory after you accept the trade.

1) Before you buy (required)

1. Log in to Steam in your browser (recommended) so the process is faster.
2. Add your Steam Trade URL to your Gameskinhub profile (this is required so our bot can send you a trade offer).
   • In Steam: Inventory → Trade Offers → Who can send me Trade Offers?
   • Copy your Trade URL and paste it into your Gameskinhub account settings.

Important

• Your Steam inventory must be public (or at least visible for trading).
• If your Steam account has a trade ban / trade lock / new account restrictions, delivery may not be possible until the restriction ends.

2) What happens after you pay

Once you complete the purchase on Gameskinhub:

• Your order is created instantly.
• Our system assigns your order to the correct Gameskinhub trading bot.
• The bot prepares the exact skins you purchased for delivery.
• The bot sends you a Steam trade offer to the Steam account you used to sign in.



3) Where you receive the skins (Steam)

You receive the delivery only inside Steam, as a trade offer.
To find it:
• Steam (web or app) → Inventory → Trade Offers → Incoming Offers
You may also see a Steam notification for a new trade offer.


4) How to verify the trade offer is correct (very important)

Before accepting any trade:
1. Open the incoming trade offer.
2. Check that:
   • The items shown match what you purchased (name, wear/quality, quantity).
   • You are not giving any items in return (your side should be empty).
   • Confirm the sender is a Gameskinhub bot (the trade offer will come from our official bot account used for deliveries).
If anything looks wrong — do not accept. Contact support and include your order ID.


5) How you accept and confirm the trade

1. Click Accept Trade Offer.
2. Steam may require a confirmation in Steam Guard / Steam Mobile Authenticator.
   • Open the Steam mobile app → Confirmations → confirm the trade.
After confirmation, the skins will appear in your Steam inventory.


6) Delivery times

In most cases delivery is fast (usually minutes). Delays can happen due to:
• Steam trading/market outages or high load
• Your account requiring Steam Guard confirmation
• Missing/incorrect Trade URL
• Inventory privacy settings
• Trade holds/locks on your Steam account



7) Most common delivery problems (and fixes)

Problem: I don’t see a trade offer
• Make sure you pasted the correct Trade URL in your profile.
• Check Steam: Trade Offers → Incoming.
• Check inventory privacy settings (set inventory to public).
• Verify your Steam account is not trade restricted.
Problem: Trade offer shows a hold / delayed trade
• This usually means Steam Guard / account security settings are causing a hold.
• Enable Steam Guard and use the Steam Mobile Authenticator.
Problem: I accepted, but items don’t appear
• Refresh Steam inventory and restart Steam.
• Check if the trade is still “pending” in Trade Offers history.



8) Security reminders (protect your skins)

• Gameskinhub delivery trades never ask for your password.
• We will never ask you to send items to receive your purchase.
• Always verify the trade details before confirming in Steam Guard.

What is Gem (𝒢)?

Gems are GameSkinHub’s unique digital currency. You can use them to purchase any item listed in the market.

What is the exchange rate?

The rate is fixed and simple:

• 500 𝒢 = 5 €
• 1000 𝒢 = 10 €
• 2000 𝒢 = 20 €
• 3000 𝒢 = 30 €

Are multiple accounts allowed?

No. Each user may only have one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

Why do I need to register?

Registration unlocks all features, including:

• Buying items
• Tracking wallet balance & order history
• Earning Gems through referrals

Without registration, you cannot access these features.

Is GameSkinHub legit?

Yes. GameSkinHub operates transparently and securely, with direct integration through the Steam API

Is it safe?

Absolutely. Steam OAuth authentication ensures your Gems and items are never at risk.

How can I buy Gems?

You can buy Gems using multiple payment methods directly from your account dashboard.

Where do I find my Steam Trade URL?

Open your Steam Privacy Settings → scroll to Third-Party Sites → copy your Trade URL.

How many items can I purchase?

There’s no limit. You can buy as many items as you want.

How does the referral system work?

Your personal referral link can be found in the Settings menu.

Example: Buying Your First Skin on GameSkinHub

Imagine you want to buy an AK-47 | Redline (Field-Tested) skin for CS 2.

• Login with Steam → You sign in securely using your Steam account.
• Top up Gems → You buy 1000 𝒢 for 10 € using your preferred payment method.
• Browse the Market → Using the search filter, you find “AK-47 | Redline (Field-Tested)” listed for 950 𝒢.
• Add to Cart & Checkout → You add the item to your cart and pay directly from your wallet balance (you’ll still have 50 𝒢 left).
• Receive the Item → Within seconds, you get a Steam trade offer. You confirm it, and the skin appears in your Steam inventory.

⚠️ Important: Your Steam account must be verified and your Trade URL set. Otherwise, the transaction cannot be completed.
